Who can attend the summit?

Anyone with an interest in psychedelic science including researchers, clinicians, industry professionals, policymakers, students, and curious members of the public. Our aim is to foster dialogue among all who are invested in advancing this field.

When and where will the summit take place?

Borealis Psychedelic Science Summit 2025 will be held on September 26–27 at the Elite Hotel Marina Tower in Stockholm, Sweden.

How do I purchase a ticket?

You can buy tickets through our official registration link on the website once sales are live. Several ticket options are available, including special rates for students and professionals. Read more about the tickets on our ticket page.

Are meals or accommodations included?

All ticket levels include lunch and refreshments at the conference venue. Hotel accommodations are separate. Check availability and rates at Elite Hotel Marina Tower.

Can I apply to be a speaker or present a poster?

Absolutely. We encourage researchers and professionals to submit their abstracts during our Call for Abstracts period. Details on submission guidelines and deadlines are available on our Call For Abstract page.

Is there a volunteer program?

Yes. We welcome volunteers to help with event logistics, registration, and other tasks. Check our Volunteer Info page or reach out directly to learn more about volunteering opportunities.

How can I become a sponsor?

I want a one-day ticket, are they available?

One-day tickets are not currently offered.

Who is eligible for a student ticket?

Any student enrolled in an official college or university is eligible for the discounted rate.

Can someone else attend in my place?

We haven’t finalized a policy for transferring tickets yet. Please check back soon or contact us for updates.

What is the dress code?

There’s no formal dress code, come as you are!

Will there be social gatherings outside the event?

We’re planning an official afterparty and other gatherings. Details will be announced as soon as they’re confirmed.

Will there be photo and video recording at the event?

Yes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. We’ll also have a podcast studio for interviews with selected presenters, guests, and partners.
