Cecilie Byholt Endresen

Cecilie Byholt Endresen is the President of the Norwegian Association for Psychedelic Science. Deeply committed to ethical integrity and cross-disciplinary collaboration, she brings both a values and science based approach to psychedelic science. She is a founding contributor to the Nordic Psychedelic Network Initiative and is also working to foster transnational collaboration across Europe.

Cecilie’s work is grounded in a deep respect for human connection, ecological awareness, and the transformative potential of expanded states of consciousness. She is passionate about nature and wildlife and has her roots in deep ecology. She is a vocal advocate for the inclusion of indigenous perspectives and ethical frameworks in the global psychedelic field. She’s committed to using her voice to influence organizations and leaders to make ethically sound and sustainable choices. 

Cecilie is a licensed clinical psychologist with a specialization in organizational psychology. With broad experience in leadership and organizational strategy, she consults for a diverse range of clients—from agile start-ups to global corporations. She is also an accomplished public speaker and serves as a guest lecturer on the Executive MBA program at the University of Stavanger.
